I CALLED AND ASKED HOW TO RETURN ITEM FOR NEXT SIZE AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING OF $ PLUS DOLLARS AND ITEM WAS $17.99. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND CHEAP. I ORDER FROM THEM ALL YEAR FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A RETURN UNTIL NOW AND WAS APPALLED. User’s recommendation: SHOP ELSEWHERE.
