The order has been canceled. Problem solved!

Problem has been solved. Canceled my order because I didn’t want to wait until July to receive my bedspread. I understand about backorders and I will probably try again for the bedspreads I wanted but not at this time. I like the company and am sure I’ll order from them again.

Will never buy from Collections Etc again

I placed an order (my third order) on March 2, 2021. Four weeks later I get an email asking did I receive my order? I replied NO. Quality of products and customer service

Their products used to be good quality but. the last two bedspreads I bought were like thin sheets-very poor quality. and not worth what I paid. Their customer service is very poor. They charged me shipping when it was to be free shipping. User’s recommendation: beware of quality.
