Hurt/Upset Consumer

Purchased bedroom furniture delivered broken, damaged, chipped, not fully stained items. Would not refund my credit card wanted to issue store credit. Offered to resend me all new bedroom furniture, again 2nd time damaged. Called store asap. Receptionist laughed, drivers stated this happens all the time.
