Lies about delivery times. Non-refundable

I made an order on June 30, I paid an invoice for approx. 200 dollars. Delivery promised in 7-9 days. After 10 days I called - explained that the product will be delayed for another 2-3 days. 17. In July, I canceled the order, I filled in the questionnaire sent by them, where I promised to make a refund within 6-7 working days. 29. And on the 30th of the bombing offices with calls, the operator only promised to "pass the information on". Today I wrote the application on ptac and notified the store by e-mail. After 1.5 hours refunded the money (the banks are the same).
