My vehicle was totaled for not at fault accident cna paid nothing towards the payout on the total loss and refuses to cancel contract. So no car and no refund.. great company.. NOT.. oh and when I called to speak with agent was hung up on.. great customer service.. gap is a waste of money thru this...
