Very poor customer help service, poor call transfers and disconnected calls

I spent the last 3 days trying to get answers. With each transfer of the call, I needed to start all over again with ALL the information. After 38 minutes yesterday, Operator (Tlementia) promised that I wouldn’t get disconnected and after holding for the new department for 5 minutes I was disconnected! Worst plan I have ever had in my life. I’m 68.

Plan is a sham. They don’t pay anything and charge you everything! Medicare should not be associated with this group. The billing is a joke. Help is not available. Website is horrible. No medical coverage to date

I have had Clear Spring Health for almost 4 months and they have yet to cover a doctor bill or cover any medication that I have needed so far. I will probably have to seek legal help as I am hooked into this plan for a year. User’s recommendation: Stay clear of Clear Spring.
