Every month they send me a bill after about 40 minutes, they find this is paid, then next month I get a bill again. Same crap. User’s recommendation: don’t use them unless you want a headache.

Their technology is antiquated so I paid for my full year of part D coverage in full. In March they took out 3 months of premiums from my account. Still waiting for the full payment of just over $40. I received 1 payment of 13.90…by mail…they didn’t even put it…
Sent in an option change form Jan. 2021. In April, contacted company(not easy to do) and was told it would take until May for ACH!?. Just received bill showing no pay for May June and now July.
