We bought a Giles home, the Game Changer model z8356a, in July 2011. We have had nothing but problems out of it. We will have to remodel this home in less than 5 years and we are paying for it for another 10 years. It is ridiculous! The home is not level and doors do not shut... Read more➤
I’m just gonna make this short as possible. There’s not enough room here for me to explain my bad experience with this company and its affiliates. They have no concern of the lives of other humans except for they’re money and tricking them in the means of doing so . My home was delivered on Feb 9,... Read more➤

Fraud to a high degree

I would like to warmly advise people not to shop on this website - 110.shop. A friend bought a mobile phone Samsung galaxy S6802 as a gift for me. Already after the first month of use begins to appear the first defects - the phone "war" at basic operations. I filled in the necessary form for the RTD and took the phone to the warranty - the phone is held there and returned with a conclusion - No defects were found. I reconciled and continued to use it. It didn't take more than two weeks for the old problems to join the new ones - the phone became very slow and the conversations broke on their own. I collected all the necessary documents and created a new complaint with a number of existing problems and went for a second time for a guarantee, although their answer was already foreseeable. Of course, after keeping the phone in the warranty, the conclusion was unchanged. I would like to emphasize that when the phone was returned, indispensable foreign programs had appeared on it, as well as games that could not be deleted. Because my nerves were badly damaged, but I wanted to find the truth, I went to an independent expert, an IT specialist, who, after a cursory look at the phone, suspected that the phone might just be a cheap ChJessie bug with illegal programs in it. So I left my phone for a closer look and waited for a conclusion. The investigation confirmed the specialist's suspicions - there was absolutely no original Samsung program on the phone. All the necessary and appropriate applications have been downloaded to make the phone usable. Since the phone was reinstalled, I didn't intend to go to 110.shop with my complaint, because I couldn't prove anything! This store has lost another customer and I will definitely recommend my friends not to make their purchases there! My loss in this case is about 140 USD and the time and nerves spent fighting, but what can be done for a person who has bought a very expensive product and it is impossible for him to repair it? Sad...
