I was given this as a gift. It cost $40. It was delivered looking like blank dvds with paper sleeves wrapped with a thin rubber band. Nothing was labeled. I had to go through all 14 dvds to label each one and the seasons/episodes. The menus on the video shows the name and number of each episode....

I was faced with a very unpleasant situation - I bought a new ASUS computer and it turned out that the charger was not working. When asked what to do - I answered to take them back to their office, which is in a very awkward place. I explained to the operator that I am currently on crutches and I do not have the opportunity to ride to them and please arrange a courier who will do the exchange. My request was rejected, although this is their fault. Due to the incompetence of the 1a.info store, I will have to spend my time and money on a taxi to get to their office.
