Yes, I pay for 10 Mega internet and only get 2 megas in my community. Im locked in a contract
No power for 4 days due to earthquake. I called and was told they were crediting my march invoice for $20.00. Called today and lady practically called me a liar So do not believe them that you are getting a credit. This company is a rip off.

My dad’s phone and internet lines have been down since last night…called tech support…they said there’s phone and internet problems in my dad’s location…no excuse…should have fix the issue by now!!!
