Need to return part,want to return at harrisburg store or just get a return period

part i ordered was labeled from manufacture for 1970 mustang.there lable says 1969 mustang.totally different part.finally got email from sonya saying i have to take pictures and send so they can figure out what to do.why not send a return autorization lable so i can send it back or better yet there showroom is open for pickup.im... Faulty goods no answers from complaint

I have written numerous emails about damaged goods on delivery in the UK .it is clearly a packaging issue as delivery box was fine the parts were bent and forced into box .please can someone contact me this is the 4th email this week I’ve sent so I am hoping for a reply asap
