Bad Part Bad Service

Bought a power steering conversion kit that had a improperly machined proportion valve. Bad machine part worse customer service

Bought a power brake conversion kit that had a bad machined proportional valve. Got a e-mail saying a new one shipped on Aug 11th. It is now the 26th and no valve. Can’t get an answer what happened from Tony customer service. Now we start over. Car cannot be moved without brakes and shop is pissed.
