Terrible service
I received a ring as a gift in early August, but it was negotiated in the store that if the ring does not fit, it can be exchanged for another. The ring was really too big, I went to the Golden Saga store TC Domina and asked to change the ring, to which I received the answer that it is not possible. I asked Why, if already promised that will be able to. 3 sellers (foreign language-speaking) could not explain to me in Australian or foreign language, only said that they could not. offered a ring cut. as there were no options, I agreed. it was promised that the ring will be ready in a week, LATER! when I called after a week, said that it is not yet, but after 2 days at the latest, I will call after 2 days, of course, not ready, and so the return date is postponed week by week! today I called the fast office, promised there,that tomorrow after noon will be! well wait but I will never choose the stores of this network again, the attitude towards customers is disgusting, the sellers do not understand almost anything in Australian, they are unkindly responsible, they treat their customers terribly, and they do not keep their promises and fulfill their obligations!
