Turned down for Best Buy Citicard due to Experian blocked by me. My Fico is 836 and my wifes is 860. We have an ongoing problem with Experian which is why they are blocked. Our payments are on time. User’s recommendation: Stay away. Citi has no say over their named cards.
I need assistance to straighten out a mess!!!! Can’t get through the robot….it doesn’t recognize my account. I’ve faxed twice. Got a call looking for a payment that I made on February 26, 2021…… they transferred me to someone who could help…..which was a non- working number. User’s recommendation: provide a way to rectify issues.
