Citibike is a scam!

terrible service – never use this! if someone takes your bike they can’t stop the ride. i’ve paid $160 when a thief took the bike from and ran with it. their support is very unhelpful and all what they care about is money + their bikes suckkkkk!!

No docking stations since LYFT took over

Tried get subscription SNAP $5 plan didn’t go through

I tried multiple times get my friend SNAP $5 subscription by his phone but didnt go through, then tried call customer service but not available to any call for customer service It was sooo frustrating. User’s recommendation: I’m not sure I recommend to him but he didn’t get it.
