My wife had surgery on Jul 30, 2020. She was discharged on Aug 2, 2020. She has Medicare and TriCare for Life. The billing agency, MYDOCBILL sent us a statement saying we still own $428.67 for procedure 99232 on Aug 1, 2020. The EOBs from medicare and tricare for life do not show this procedure on that... Being billed for services which are not part of the Medicare not TriCare for Life. This is the 3rd time. I think the entire aim is scam people out of their money. The worst part is total lack of communication for this group. User’s recommendation: Hospitals should stop using this company until they fix their billing practices.
