I'm just shocked! How unkindly AuAir treats its customers. Due to a mistake, we bought tickets for a flight from Zurich to Melbourne and back at the same time with an acquaintance. So it turned out that I have two tickets for the same flight. AuAir does not return the money because it is a Basic ticket. We are flying to the funeral. AuAir only refunds if a blood relative has died. I am very disappointed with this attitude. Sincerely, Sarmite kiele in Switzerland.
