Charged 3X

Hi My name is Carol. I was charged 3X for my purchase. A $31.90 ordered cost me $ 95.70. Off my card. But they will only give me refund $ 31.90. If my math is right Im still charged 2X for 1 order.

You guys did not follow up on my Complaint! I thought you were you going to handle it! You asked me for my four digits of my bank account numbers and then you said you had found the receipt!

My order had hair in it! Call corporate and they said they would handle it. No one called me! I called the store back and the manager gave me a hard time! The store is Chick-fil-A Southside Boulevard by the avenues mall User’s recommendation: You guys let me down! You did not handle the situation.
