I was waiting for a small package from Germany, Itella said that the addressee could not be reached, was not at home, did not have a door code, etc. , as a result, the package was delivered stolen, opened and glued with another adhesive tape. Of course, itella company representatives do not park unresponsive. I was forced to contact the German post office to send a package of photos and videos, they compared photos from the post office in Berlin and found that a small package on the way was stolen. Now, if the package is delivered through itella, I always pick up the bunch myself, it's cheaper.
