Don’t like the way they handle my credit information

When I place an order they automatically use my credit card without asking for the 3-number code, and/or they automatically use Pal Pal without me authorizing the purchase with Pay Pal. How does it work? The speed test shows 18. 8mb / sec (Optus), but the picture of you tube comes jerky. At that speed? The previous AuMobile I subscribed to was the last manure. Bardak!
