harassing operators
This company does not know how to conduct negotiations professionally and does not respect what a person says... Childish attitude! Yesterday the operator called to talk about the super-truper great offer - tv for 7. 90. He said that the offer seemed acceptable, I agreed and he promised to send a courier with a contract in 3 days. however, in the evening we discussed with my husband, researched Optus's offer and thought in favor of them. In the evening I immediately called viasat to cancel the offer, by phone. the operator kindly accepted the refusal, refused the courier and everything. the first person to call me this morning is yesterday's operator, who in a crazy sad voice starts to embarrass me, why do I refuse, how can he, why am I with him in this, etc... I refused that we found a better offer and that I politely refused, called in time and I have not violated anything because we have not concluded a contract, we have no obligation. the guy noticeably furious hung up. But just a young woman from all over called, which, in a particularly irritated tone, fell on me, how can I give it up? why do i want to go to Optus? who I don't know that they have terrestrial channels and how am I watching something so poor now?! How will a young woman look at Optus now? (any connection? what about the texts?!?) I replied - if you can offer me something similar for the same low price, then let's offer, if not - then welcome. that is the end of our conversation. and hope forever. if not - then welcome. that is the end of our conversation. and hope forever. if not - then welcome. that is the end of our conversation. and hope forever. I'M SORRY!? what about rides from supposedly experienced company employees? we have no obligation on what basis such feverish calls and insults about what and why I choose or why I have turned down an offer could follow. As long as there is no contract, I have the right to change my mind at least 10 times a day! The company should think about employee kindness courses, do not harass too much, because I do not believe that from frequent calls, jumping tone and rushes, the circle of customers will expand! Now, for the sole reason of principle, I will choose any company other than VIASAT.
