Speed of service, attitude towards customers
I pay especially for the services of this EXPRESS mail (because, the company from as a picky product, I was immediately told that it will be by courier only on Monday 03. 11. 2008) to receive your shipment on 31. 10. 2008.. But with the "fast" deliveries of this EXPRESS mail I will be able to receive only 04. 11. 2008! Very cool! In addition, when I called and asked for the shipment to be delivered at least on 03. 11. 2008, I was told by phone that: "If you want to receive your parcel at all, please sit on 04. 11. 08 at the address you provided and wait, because Express mail people don’t have time to drive, call and wait. ” And it happens in the territory of Melbourne and Melbourne district!
