Called to ask and was told even though my card was paid in full by the statement date, the previous month it was not. I have been a Chase customer for a long time. Recently, Chase has closed three locations in my area including several ATMs. The only bank still left in the area is overwhelmed; especially on the weekends. It is almost impossible to get cash on the weekend. I think Chase should reevaluate the ATM situation in the 60466...
