Paid my balance on my credit card in full. Next cycle I get a bill for additional interest due. Called to ask and was told even though my card was paid in full by the statement date, the previous month it was not. Interest charges for previous month should have been included in the latest months balance. Not tacked on after. Dropping them and staying with my credit union. Had problems with Chase on previous accounts. Should have learned my lesson then!! Very high interest rates as well considering my credit score! Very high interest User's recommendation: Avoid!!!
