Ordered my package November 18th just got it today and 1 the color is wrong the stitching is wrong looks like its been ripped i paid my money at least I can get my money back so I can go elsewhere there’s no reason I should have waited this long and this is what I get

You have no phone number…how is that possible for a business? Ridiculous. Most humans need to speak to another human about an issue with a business that does not follow through, but we have to send you an email. Why? User’s recommendation: Don’t order online…ever.
I am having trouble using a gift card online and this business has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. I would recommend NOT taking a risk on Charming Charlie gift cards. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy their gift cards. If they don’t work when making an online purchase there is NO assistance available.
After placing an order a month ago, Charming Charlie has failed to deliver with no explanation. When I inquire, all I get are form letters that do nothing to deal with my questions. User’s recommendation: Buyer Beware!!!
Poor Service
A week ago, I ordered a package from Monki's website and marked the point where I received the Dpd. Today, trying to track, I see that the package will be here soon, but after three hours everything changes and a message appears - the shipment failed to be delivered. I have not received any calls or messages as to why this has happened. If you didn't look at yourself, you wouldn't know anything. I wrote a complaint, hopefully something will change, but I haven't received the message yet.
