It’s been over 30 days and haven’t received my product but they charged my account! Customer service hasn’t answered my email and when I call they say they are closed! I will be disputing with my card company!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from them!

Poor Service
A week ago, I ordered a package from Monki's website and marked the point where I received the Dpd. Today, trying to track, I see that the package will be here soon, but after three hours everything changes and a message appears - the shipment failed to be delivered. I have not received any calls or messages as to why this has happened. If you didn't look at yourself, you wouldn't know anything. I wrote a complaint, hopefully something will change, but I haven't received the message yet.
