The serration of the entire package of Charmin toilet rolls I purchased is defective. I am on my last 4 rolls of the package I purchased over a month ago–all of which has sheets that are not properly serrated. It is very, very frustrating.
My tissue was in raveling like this Lil piece of thin paper at first I thought my kid was doing it but no the whole pack is the same !
Your toilet paper plays havic on toilets it is like card board! It is not soft just a big thick piece of paper. Not happy had to pump toilet several times since using your product. I bought Charmin 2 ply mega rolls 12 pack. Its only 1 ply &;;;;;; falls apart like dust. Totally disappointed because this isn’t the 1st time this has happened.
