Poor service

We went to the pizzeria and ordered a pizza to pick up. Said to wait 25-30min.. there were not many people, but even after 30min the pizza was not ready. When 45 minutes had passed we approached the cash register and they asked, "What are you waiting for?" Attitude is final zero. We forgot about it at all and hadn't even started making pizza. In the end, we were given a pizza to be delivered, so someone else had to wait longer than promised.
