I had a very unpleasant incident with AuMobile. I had taken a computer AuMobile and a modem for 2 years. I had paid for 1 year I was very unhappy with the AuMobile internet modem so I decided to opt out. To give up AuMobile internet I needed to repay the remaining amount of computer and modem plus another fine, I did it. I asked the seller if I am now free from AuMobile, she answered yes in full. Happy went home, I think jam AuMobile in my profile it turns out that I have blocked the website because I am no longer a customer. I was very convinced that nothing connected me with this company anymore, but after 4 months I received a letter home. Warning that AuMobile is suing me for credit reform. It turns out that I still had to pay an internet bill for which I didn't know anything. Not to my email,nothing was sent to my mobile phone or home address that I owed AuMobile. AuMobile I have been a customer for 4 years now I no longer want any commitment to this company. Had to repay interest on credit reform neither I apologize nor receive compensation. Sad that there is no humanity here! There would be more money to be sued for fraud. I have heard several such cases :(! I am VERY disappointed!
