Chanel never sent product then sent e/mail that they received return product. I have Federal Express Customer tracking which confirms this. E/mail says credit is pending. I should never have been charged in the first place as I suspect Chanel is out of the product ordered. Very strange consumer experience. User’s recommendation: Don’t Use Chanel Webdite.
