Recently, I had the opportunity to go karting at the ScandinavianBank kart track in Kandava. The surprise was caused by the rude, ugly, rude, angry service staff. Having fun on this track, you will feel that customers are not welcome here. Do not ask the staff for advice, as you will receive an angry response and there will never be a recurring desire to feel this staff anger during the rest of the event. But I was amazed by the action of one of the staff (tall, fat, probably one of the mechanics) on the side of the track after the event. One of the customers braked unsuccessfully into the pits and easily rode over the front of the go-kart. Morale was read to the client for 10 minutes, a kulak was shown, allowed him (the client initially admitted his guilt and apologized that it was unintentional). When the customer got to the car, the service staff approached him and started to grow (the staff's reasoning - the customer rebuked the employee that such an attitude was not acceptable). The rest of the staff people just looked at it. It is possible that such behavior towards the customer on this route is a common occurrence in terms of platform behavior. If possible, visit other entertainment venues where customers are waiting rather than considered a hassle.
