Blocked Card
Hello! I will have to visit DNB branch in Uptown, Nickales Street 2 this Saturday, 23.05.2019. Saturday is the only day I come to the bank, because my working hours are from 9.00 to 18.00. Recently will have to change the last name and want the new last name to be on the bank card. I took 6 dollars for making a new card. The worst happened today - 25.05., When I bought in the store to buy food. I put the full basket I needed and went to the checkout. As usual I didn't take care of the card until the seller says my card is locked, will have to go home empty. Call DNB Bank in 1880 and wait 10 minutes to connect to the operator. The operator kindly announces that the card is locked because a new one is being made.Although no one at the Uptown branch warned me that during the transition period, I will not have access to my money! If I had been informed of this small fact, I would withdraw the money from the ATM in time. OK - food can be left in the store, but what if it had been loaded with gasoline..... So, it turns out that for a week I actually left without any funds..... that the bank will always be interested in taking money from you (commissions for EVERYTHING!), but just inform humanly or offer an alternative solution - no....Recommend the company more humane treatment, not just charge, charge, charge....
