Disconnected Services

What the hell are all channels disconnected from and can't call operators? You fix everything for yourself, not for customers. As it might turn off all channels and say that there is no good decoder you gave it to the decoder yourself you have to know good or not and now that you gave a bad decoder you have to answer us like that...
