working with clients
I would like to share my experience about DNB banka. For the first time, the name of this bank has already changed at least 3 times, but it is a beginning to compare with the manner in which it works with clients. I needed a loan to buy a home so I consulted several banks and all were without any other additional costs there was also a commission for the procurement of resources. In conversations with an employee of DNB banka, it was stated that there is no such commission, so I selected a specific bank, but when all the documents and agreements were prepared, this commission was applied. I was very unhappy with this fact, but I came to terms with it. During the loan repayment period, the bank regularly sent various recommendations for changes in the loan agreement, which were favorably agreed upon, thinkingthat the bank is loyal to the customer, but the interest rate became higher each time. After 5 years, the name of the bank was changed by DNB, and I was given the time to change the bank's interest rate by agreement. I went to the bank's specialists for a break. We negotiated interest rates, which changed Abbyficantly during each negotiation, and concluded new amendments to the agreement in which I wanted to include a clause on the transfer of salary to this bank account, which I strongly disagree with. the employee agreed not to include it. We agree to send you a sample before Abbyng the amendment to the contract. When I received a sample of amendments to the contract, it was found that the points we had agreed not to be included were included in the amendments to the contract. I asked for it, but we agreed, to which I replied, that they cannot change anything, and the documents are prepared by lawyers. I came to the conclusion that talking to consultants is a waste of time and that I cannot change anything in my interests. As a result, the amendments to the agreement were not concluded and the bank increased the maximum interest rate. It was further revealed that it was important for banks to achieve concrete changes.
