Worst Power Pack EVER!!

I purchased a 3-in-1 Portable Power Pack from Harbor Freight Tools in Auburndale, FL in July 2019. It worked several times for my riding mower & not since! I try to charge it monthly, but it won’t even hold a charge. Harbor Freight won’t honor the warranty & I cant find receipt.
