Depleted sole at the heel
2018. On May 19, shoes were bought in the store in Denmark. I take my shoes to the store "Denmark", because the sole of the shoe has a detached sole in the heel. I started repairing the shoes (the shoes were not exposed to long-term moisture). During the inspection, it was found that the footwear was not followed in accordance with the footwear care instructions, which state that the footwear must be used for its intended purpose, in addition to under appropriate weather conditions; they must not be exposed to long-term exposure to moisture and the shoes must be regularly cleaned of dirt, dust and other dirt. As the inner material of the shoe, the sole and the upper have lost their original appearance, we believe that these shoes were not properly cared for and worn. The board of the shoe has disappeared, the upper skin has been deformed and lost color. The shoes were not presented to the seller with minimal damage, therefore, it is not possible to determine the cause of the defect. In addition, if the defect were industrial, it would be detected sooner than a year and a half after the purchase of the shoes. Ltd. "Danbalt Footwear" believes that the reported damage to the shoes does not qualify as a manufacturing defect. Never buy anything in Denmark!
