On December 30, 19:19 in the station tunnel near the Ministry of Transport, conflict between a family with a small child and 1 woman and 2 men. It is reported that 110 19:22, but the state police arrived at the victim only at 19:40. Are you normal at all!? The nearest vp station is 3 minutes away and the rpp is about 5-10 minutes away. And the only thing vp representatives are able to tease is will you write the submission now, but then you will have to wait a very long time!? Or still at home!? PS Tell me, then what the hell did you go for at all!? You hoped that the other party to the conflict would stand still!? Can't tell by phone, so where to turn!? And that's a waste of public resources!
