They won’t call or message me. Thats the communication. They won’t answer the phone. I have called and messaged. Still nothing. User’s recommendation: Not to buy.
I did contact the first time after that I was told to send a photo of the damaged merchandise. The photo was sent kept coming back saying it was never received. I don’t know what else to do.
My order came, and the case is crap. I have a Samsung note 20, the phone does not fit, it falls right out of the heavy-duty case! There is no phone number that I can find to call cellular outfitters. I won’t order from them again. User’s recommendation: Don’t order from here.
Today I just got my order in the mail, and I was highly disappointed because I ordered a gold phone case. Instead of that color I received a rose gold case.
I have never done business with a company that doesn’t give you a complete balance before you enter you’re payment information. My balance DOUBLED after confirming. The price of shipping, which by the way, was suppose to be free, should have been added in the price. Had it been I’d have noticed and not ordered. Complete deception....
