Poor service

11/09/2019. When ordering pizza over the phone, the girl-operator seemed to not understand what she was being told. Sounded like under the influence of alcohol or just a young man. In addition to pizzas, we ordered additional additives. Unfortunately, they were not on the pizza, but we paid for it. Lesson, pizza should be inspected as soon as it arrives, not picked up and opened at home. The girl did not know about the client card at all, what is it like?!
