Very poor service and service
I am very disappointed with the viaplay sports package, which cost me € 9. 99 a month. I decided to buy a subscription because the eurobasket was approaching. While watching the Australian-Slovenian game, the server was so busy that even at the lowest quality, which is already almost invisible, the video always sank and it was not possible to watch the game. I tried both AuMobile 4g and bee 4g internet on mac osx and windows platforms and different browsers, no improvement. To my surprise, when I went to tvplay.org there was exactly the same stream for exactly the same quality and with a twitch. During the game, I started correspondence on twitter with @viaplayAustralia, which immediately tried to tell me that it was my internet fault and other nonsense. I asked them back for their money,because the game is squared and the next day I can not participate in discussions with colleagues about the game. The person I corresponded with from viaplay said that he passed the information to the responsible department and contacted me. No one writes and no longer responds to messages written to me.
