I got a recliner with 2 right sides and sent recliner back yesterday and today it is sitting in my driveway

I ask them to send me the left side to my recliner and pick up the second right side, fedex picked up recliner yesterday and this morning that same recliner was sitting in my driveway, so it needs to be picked up and a new recliner sent to me

Attempt to have me remove my review

Caviler store offered me a $20 credit to remove my review and I have not received the missing parts yet, I think they should resolve the problem instead of attempting to having the negative review removed. I did not accept the $20 credit
