Optician is not refunding the amount

Customer Care, I had purchased 6 pairs of Bausch and Lomb lens (Right eye = -2, and left = -2.75) from Cauvery Opticians, 11/12, next to dattatreya temple Malleshawaram, Bangalore – 560003 on 02-Apr-11 paying Rs.1690 as per the Doctors's prescreption. The service does not provide money but saves money

You are further away from Telstra data services. 3G is only Melbourne beyond the Melbourne border only EDGE / GPRS stable data connection fails to get the zone jump. You are not allowed to use the paid amount for voice communications - complete fraudsters!
