' Cat in the bag '
I want to warn potential buyers of AZ Electronics! If you are lucky enough to buy a quality product, everything is "OK", but if not, then only problems await you - lost money and time spent! If the AZ Electronics website beautifully describes that you are ready to take the product back for exchange or refund even if the family members did not like it, then the reality is completely different! When buying a laser printer, the seller refused to try the printer in the store, there was no sample or test page to evaluate the printer, nor did the seller verbally warn about the defects (so "cat in the bag")! At home, I found that the printer was flickering in the gray areas (I have had a very cheap "Canon" color printer, but there has been no flickering). Following the recommendation of a Samsung service center, the program was updated with the help of a specialist and many test prints were made, as a result of which the toner went unnoticed, but without results! After 4 days, the fee in the store with a request to exchange for another (without defects) or return the money paid. Only after 45 days did I get the printer back with the same defect! My claim was denied! The AZ Electronics administration offered to return the money on condition that I still pay an additional CA$ 46,99 for a new toner box - so I need to fund a full toner box, even though I've only used less than half of these pointless attempts (for new printers, the toner box is only half full - 500 copies, and some new boxes are full - 1000 copies).
