Shameless attitude
I bought a mobile phone case. original. for 17 AU$. the employee pasted it for me herself. however, the gluten, which should keep the lid closed, did not work as it should and always explodes after a short or long time. and stands at an angle of 40 degrees. I went to this store where I bought it, hoping that they would suggest what to do.. maybe gluten behaves like new.. to which she replied to me that gluten is not meant to keep the lid closed. that samsung has no gluten on the lid at all. when I said that the cover is not performing its function, the screen may shatter when dropped, she replied to me that the cover is not meant to protect against shocks, but only from scratches.
