they lied to me they said i needed windows because wall had mold in it?? the guy who measured windows from castle windows said no mold in window and wall surround of window i asked for refund of deposit and they said no very aggressive with response and unprofessional!!! User’s recommendation: very arrogant and bad company.

We replaced our 30 year old windows because of air leaks and still have the problem with the new ones. Have tried to get them fixed, repaired or replaced and it has not been done. We feel like we have been lied to and taken advantage of. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY THESE WINDOWS!!!!
Poor service, fraudsters.
I do not recommend this service to anyone. The money is stolen, a receipt is given for the parts that have been replaced, but a car technical inspection reveals that the same old, damaged parts are being replaced.
