Low quality product
Unfortunately, before I bought my new sofa, I did not first open [email protected] to make sure that Mebeles24 doesn't match at all. honest seller standards! I bought a sofa, it wasn't even 2 months ago that one evening, sitting on the sofa and trying to relax, I felt like the backrest was no longer in place. I found that the backrest mounting points had broken out of the chipboard. Naively hoping that a 2-year warranty works in my case as well, I submitted Furniture 24 or Pty. "RARUS" warranty application form + photos! I would like to add that I did not intentionally damage my newly purchased sofa or use it for things for which it is not intended. I waited 14 days! Then, 14 days later, I received a reply - That my application has been rejected and that the damage to the product is due to the mechanical operation of the product and is in no way related to a manufacturing defect. I would add that the decision was made by looking only at the photo of the sofa. If I want to repair this sofa, I can pay 40 AU$ (excluding delivery and installation) and it will be repaired... Of course, I was not at peace with such an answer, because when buying a sofa, I hoped that the service life will not be only 2 months. I tried to call by phone, I asked what to do if I did not like this answer at all, answered that I can write a repeated request, which will be considered within 15 days, but most likely the decision will not be changed, because most likely there will be some kind of statute of limitations. I wrote the second application, I will wait 15 days, after which the company must give me an answer! Of course I also called the CRPC where I was told that if this answer will be negative again, I have to look for a company that deals with furniture repair, I will receive an opinion about a furniture defect! No one would ever ever recommend buying furniture from this seller! Because you can see that this is an incompetent company, because they classify themselves only as intermediaries and that they are not really responsible for anything!
