Terror

Silent terror against entrepreneurs The story is about how I had to leave Vodafone, which I recommend to other clients. We have been Vodafone customers for 6 years. We are a small company (2 connections), the average monthly payment was 20-25 Ls. We planned to go on a business trip abroad. There has been no problem with communication from abroad all these years. Just a week before departure, we received a text message that the credit limit will be exceeded soon. I didn't really understand what it was about, so I called the helpline. There he explained to me that, as the company is not currently a VAT payer, it has a credit limit of AUD 40, the paid SMS service is disabled and, most importantly, calls from abroad! It was a shock, because all these years, driving abroad and sometimes paying even 100 dollars per month (especially in the initial stage, when the tariffs were very high), there was no limit... The only way out was to switch to BITI with at least 1 number, because a huge contractual penalty was calculated for the second number - 98 dollars! We did that too. In order to receive calls from the second phone number, we left the SIM card in Australia, forwarded the calls to the xMobile connection number. Everything seems to be in order.. After 3 weeks we returned to Australia, immediately checked the e-mail to see if there was any invoice, but there was no invoice from Telstra. I could still use Telstra services for 1 day, but the next day the outgoing calls were disconnected! A monotonous speakerphone tells me that outgoing calls are closed and I have to pay for services. Of course, the call provider is to blame for the credit limit, but there was no warning text message, no invoice... The operator explains that I have not received the text message because outgoing calls have been disconnected. Absurd! Disconnects calls from the beginning, but then sends a text message! Now I have paid 40 dollars (credit limit), sent a payment order to Telstra Business Customer Department and am waiting for calls to be connected. The situation is similar in many companies. Telstra terrorizes its customers. In many companies, where people often travel on business trips, both outgoing and incoming calls are disconnected (because they also cost an average of AUD 0. 12 per minute) when the person is outside Australia. It drives me desperate. Now I am also trying to impress them that Telstra should be left with a long burn, but their bills are at least 7 times higher than the bills of our small company - the attitude is the same!
