Service and credit limit
Yesterday I lost my Telstra connection card. Attapos only come home from work that the phone is no longer. It is logical that I automatically called the Telstra information phone to be able to block my connection card, but there was an HOUR connection to wait! I gave up and called again after another 15 minutes - I waited again for almost an hour until I was connected to the operator. Before blocking the card, I wanted to find out what my bill is, because the phone is still lost and turned on. My shock was great when the operator replied that the amount of the current bill is 63 dollars! The question arose - then who the hell is my credit limit of 50 dollars? The operator did not respond either. I blocked the card. I am very disappointed both in Telstra as a company, because communication is not the brightest, nor in the speed of service. Well, how can NO operator get rid of almost 2 hours?!?! And really, I still have an unanswered question - what is the purpose of the credit limit if it can be overdrawn?!?!?
