FWSC is not honoring their guarantee.

Before August 2019 we purchased the Sears Protection Agreement for our Kenmore refrigerator. Shortly thereafter it began to malfunction and we were loosing food. After many visits FWSC (Sears Protection Agreement) has been unable to repair our refrigerator. Worse retail experience I have encountered in 40 years.

Company conducted a sham inspection on a covered appliance prior to following it’s practice of “cashing-out” and denying that other benefit options are provided by the service contract.
