I have an offer from Carvana but cannot upload odometer reading. Car is dead. The website does not allow you to move forward without this. There is no way to leave a message for the company or get a call back. The wait times on the phone are hours long. This is crazy.
Sold my vehicle to them, dropped it off to them, was told I would get an instant payment. Over a week later, NO CHECK. Also still paying on a vehicle I dont have. User’s recommendation: Avoid them.
